In one of the few times we find out how much Trump is rattling cages and the power structure of the rulers of this country I found this at an Apple site. It gives pretty clear indication that those in power are not happy about the rise of Trump. This a a cut and paste and you can read the full article at the link below.

http://appleinsider.com/articles/16/03/07/apple-ceo-tim-cook-attends-secret-meeting-with-tech-and-government-elite-to-plot-end-trump-presidential-run-report-says

There was much unhappiness about his emergence, a good deal of talk, some of it insightful and thoughtful, about why he's done so well, and many expressions of hope that he would be defeated."

According to sources familiar with the meeting, elite U.S. figures representing a swath of corporate, private and political interests attended the conference hosted at the Sea Island resort off the coast of Georgia, an event closed to the public and media, The Huffington Post reports. While other issues were discussed, the main talking point was Trump's bid for the White House.

The supposed guest list reads as a who's who of tech and government. Along with Cook, Page, Musk and Napster creator Sean Parker, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) was reportedly on site with House Speaker Paul Ryan, a gaggle of Republican senators and at least one democrat in Maryland Rep. John Delaney. Prominent policy analyst Karl Rove, Deputy Chief of Staff under President George W. Bush, was also present.

The private sector was represented by billionaire Philip Anschutz and The New York Times publisher Arthur Sulzberger, among others.

If it is so secret, why is this news? Not a secret by a long shot. If all the United Dates has to offer us is Trump and  Clinton we are in trouble. I use to be for Trump but now can't stand his dumb ass. I think I might sit this election out because I don't want to be involved in any of these 2 shanagians. They can ruin the country without my vote.

Why are they sooooo desperate to get rid of Trump?  Them thinking that he can't beat the Beast can't be the real reason...there has to be something more to this.

I'm thinking that it's that they can't control him, he's self funded and his is own man (love him or hate him).  That they won't be able to control him for 4 to 8 years is scaring the hell out of them.  True modern day politics.

That's why going into this they were pushing Jeb Bush as the guy.  He had all the big money behind him and all of the support of the RNC and the establishment.  Plus, it's really pissed off the RNC and the establishment that Trump kicked Jeb's ass right out of the race.

The more they want Trump gone, the more I want to vote for him.  I'd rather have Trump than a puppet.  The Hildabeast....awe hell no.

You might not like Trump, but think of the alternative....4 to 8 more years of progressive Obamainism.

If you don't vote, then don't bitch about the results.

This is probably the last presidential election that I'll be alive for.  I wish it had been a different election than it's turned out to be.    Sad

The more the Republican Party tries to stop Trump, the better he does. Todays election results once again back that up. It looks like Rubio's campaign is on life support.

When Rubio loses his home state of Florida next Tuesday, he'll officially be toast then.

First off, the Huffington Post is a Liberal Rag Newspaper, and second, you'll see most on the list are Republicans. The Huffington Post hates Republicans and would endorse Hitler if he was a Democrat. Forget anything that rag writes!

I would agree with you, except there was one media person there that being Bill Kristol  head numbskull at the Weekly Standard, the Rino rag that does the martini circuit with congress and senate..  When I read this yesterday I also was quite skeptical.  Then while traveling to Honda R&D plants yesterday I listened to Rush Limbaugh.  He is a tech freak especially Apple and I new if this was true he would be all over it.   Well he spent well over a half an hour on it yesterday.  Gave a bit of history of this organization that meets on this Island every year.  Years ago they use to call themselves the King Makers.  They are all about shaping public policy and legislation.   They are a bit of Bohemian Grove comes to outer Georgia.  I guess they were in fits as like most of the insiders they never saw this coming.  Well that is what happens when you are isolated from the hinterland folks.  Carl Rove gave a presentation from his focus groups of what it would take to take out Trump based on his perceived weak areas. I Saw Carl interviewed by Bill O'Reilly last week with main topic of his hatred of Trump.  Carl was spitting all over himself.  He had no accurate answer, just the party line.  I imagine he figures there will be no job in it for him and definitely no influence peddling.   Of course he does not like it when Trump call him and others like him out for what they are.  Should be an interesting next week, and after yesterday it is a two man race with the two true outsiders going neck and neck, Trump and Cruz.
