Hello my Valkyrie friends and family!
It's been too long, but Joe recently was mentioned in a Dallas Observer article and I wanted to share...

Thank you again for all of your support. You really came through for him in one of his darkest hours and each and everyone of you should feel a little pride in his recent success!

Good Job!  cooldude

Ok, this little tid-bit has my mouth watering;

"When it comes to the meat, Dakota’s uses purveyors Allen Brothers from Chicago and beef that is aged a minimum of 28 days for maximum flavor. Depending on your appetite, they offer filets in eight and 12 ounces (recommended with a side of their buttery scallops), a ribeye and New York strip at 14 ounces and a massive porterhouse at 24 ounces"

the rest of the review was a good read, it's only a 1540 mile road trip from NJ.

OK, It's official, I'm hungry.  Let's ride down to Dallas for dinner.
Glad Joe doing well.
Give me a holler so we can go riding one of these days.
