All of the western states are now 'green'  meaning I have been to them on a scooter at least 4 times....I will get  Delaware, Mass, and RI.  after Inzane to make all the lower 48 at least 4 times....at that point... it will be only 8 more states to have been to them 5 times..... but Flamingobabe told me to quit counting....
