I found this Valk up for sale on Ebay here in the UK. The advert says it was imported from Florida a couple of years ago and they reckon it's only got 3000 miles on it.

Just wondered if anyone knew this Valk, mileage and if it had been in a wreck at all.

It'll only cost me 6750 of my British Pounds or 9533 of your US Dollars.

I really like the paint scheme, the front end, the exhaust, well the whole thing really Wink

Sorry I don't know the bike but it sure is beautiful. $9533 is high but I don't think you could build that bike for that kind of money. Plus it only has 3000 miles on it so it's basically a new bike. If you love it go for it.

Looks like the kick stand bracket may be bent.

Not my style paint, but looks well done with maybe 3k to 4k in after market work and stuff.

Some kind of high performance fender on it. Love all the goodies. If you wanted to add all that and custom paint to a stocker, it's about half price. Go for it.

Nah...I can't see underneath....doubt anyone else can.   Mines not bent and I put a piece of wood under the stand in the garage to make it stand tall and proud.  These bikes have a lean, and more so if there is a tall tire.

That is a VTX fender as well as headlight and different risers and bars.

Definitely a while lot of money and effort went into that bike.  Like that digital speedo/tach.

The bike looks nice and a lot has been put into it... The downfall... looks like a lot has been done to the "front" of the bike to change it which may indicate that it's been in a wreck and needed to be changed.  Buyer beware.  Price is also very high and no telling how many true miles on it if speedo was also changed 3000 miles ago.

I M H O-the price here would be high. It has 3000ih miles SINCE the speedo was changed out. As to the TRUE mileage-who knows? Is a carfax available on this M/C? You already own one so a longer test ride SHOULD tell you all you need too know. Good luck with it and please let us know HOW this plays out! RIDE SAFE.

I don't know about a bent cross member, but the kickstand looks like it's been cut off on the end (with a small flat part welded on the bottom).... I have a lot more stand below the foot deployment bar.  Maybe the foot deployment bar has be cut and welded lower on the kickstand to clear the Hard Chrome pipes when folded up.

He used the wood to stand it up and show it off, but how far does it lean over without the wood?

Corbin seats are filled with concrete.  Mirrors are too small.

I have never understood this statement. Corbin seats are firm but I have had them and loved them.( never put one on my Valk though) I can actually ride longer on a firm seat that a softer one such as a Ultimate.

I like firm too, but there has to be some cushion in it to be a seat.  Corbin is more of a bench (and with no definable pocket, I slid all over mine).  For years and years, I rode only Mustangs, like yours.

All butts are clearly not the same in the comfort department.

IMHO, far more people have not liked them than liked them.

It looks like a nice bike (with a normal UK price hike), and I was only trying to point out the few negatives I saw.  I'd need a windshield too.

Worried about miles on a Valk?  Bwaaa-haa-haa-haa! Tell that to DDT with over a half million so far and counting.
Great looking Valk you are getting! A Bunch of time and love looks like it was put into that bike...enjoy!

Thanks for the replies guys.

After thinking over the weekend, I've decided not to go for it.

I can't justify or afford to have two bikes and I really couldn't bear parting with my red'n'white.
