  A friend of mine was killed yesterday on his HD. He was riding with a group and a pickup truck crossed the center line and hit two of them. Joe was dead at the scene and the other critical .  He was 61 .  RIP Joe , I will miss you buddy.

Yes.  That's tough.  Very sorry to hear about the loss of a friend.

My youngest son got a life lesson last fall at 21.  His closest friend since childhood was killed on his Dad's Roadglide by a young woman doing a spontaneous u-turn.

Gave my boy an up close and personal look at the frailty of our existence.  Too bad it was at the expense of a friend.

May your friend rest in peace and forever ride free!

Thank you.  I didn't know him that well, but the age and the fact that he was just starting his career kinds threw a lot of us.  Unfortunately it's all a part of life, just a shame when it could have been avoided.
