If you think Muslim leaders are a problem, the answer is simple. You live in a democracy, make more Christians so you have the numbers to out-vote people of other religions.
Calgary has a Muslim mayor, now in his second term. The issues I have with his politics have nothing to do with his religion.

I don't live there or have never been there. But what I've read is all of the early Arab immigrants were Christians. It has been recently the Arab Muslim immigration. What the ratio of Arab Christian to Arab Muslim is currently I don't know.
