Heard the term Climate Justice during a graduating young woman's speech and my daughter's graduation.  It was mentioned within a list of other things we need to "look into" as a society.

Climate Justice is the act of the countries who have been causing "climate change" to help those that are being affected by it.

Seems like another way of taxing and taking American wealth to me.

Any time this progressive, liberal. Socialistic administration uses the word justice, hold on to your wallets, it means someone they dont like is "wrong" and they must "pay"

In American English, check is the standard spelling of the noun referring to a written order for a bank to pay a specified amount from deposited funds. Outside the U.S., the word is spelled cheque.

And our friendly neighborhood Gryphon Rider is outside the US, so.....   cooldude

Meathead, you can always just plough it under.
I wonder what colour those cheques would be?

I'll check the mailbox for my cheque.  I'll use my trip meter to see how many metres the mail box is from my house.  I'm sure it's less than half a click.  Don't bounce a big cheque or you might go to gaol, in any case, your credit is hooped.  I've saved up my toonies, so later I'm gonna put on my toque and my bunny hug and go pick up a two four of Kokanee and some Smarties.  That'll be better than the pop and Shreddies that are the only things left in my kitchen.  Maybe I should see if my chesterfield contains a loonie or two to for my son to get a freezie.

Good one GR, last time I was in Canada this guy was joking with me about the coin of the realm compared to ours. During the conversation he pulled out something and said "now this is what we call a Loonie." To which I queried "which side are you referring to." He about busted a gut laughing over it, then we had another cool one but I don't remember the name of it. Seems it started with an "M" but not sure, long time ago.

The "Hoax Formally Known as Man-Made Global Warming" has been completely debunked. It was a fraud, a complete scam, from the very start.  Designed by secular progressive democraps to grow government, and redistribute wealth.  CO2 does not even correlate to temperature and never has. In the recent past, CO2 was over 7,000 ppm, today it has gone from 280 to around 300, and we are actually in a CO2 deficit or famine.  The Earth actually needs more CO2 as it is at it's lowest level ever recorded.  The vast majority of Americans and most of the rest of the world's populations now believe that climate is a natural event, and man has absolutely no influence on it.

That very well may be true. I'm not a scientist by any means. But it doesn't seem that hard of a concept to grasp that the less pollution we emit into our world the better off we are.

I am not a scientist either but did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.   CO2 is not a pollutant, it is a gas needed for vegetation to grow.

On the other hand do we really want to have Draconian Environmental Policies that decimate Global, Regional and Local economies based on bogus science?

I'm all for being neat and clean, with clean water and clean air, but policies that are geared to change Global environmental cycles are boneheaded at best and corrupt and sinister at the worst.

Agreed, what I'm talking about is just a common sense approach to reduce our air, water, ground pollution. Regardless of its effect on climate change.

Someone should invent a little shelf that can be mounted to our vehicle's tailpipe.  If we have an ailing houseplant that needs a little more CO2, we can just put it on our tailpipe shelf for a trip or two.  If you drive a car with a big engine, just tow a landscaper's trailer loaded with plants; you'll have a much smaller carbon footprint!

Climate Justice.

That would be shipping all the raving global warming idiots to the North pole to feed the polar bears.
