This may be the one time having a balance SCOTUS works in Conservative's favor.    A balanced 4/4 SCOTUS decision would leave a lower court's decision in place.

U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer's decision may not stand up in Appellate Court but, I sincerely believe this one will make it to SCOTUS.

I think Conservatives want ObamaCare overturned or at least reduced in it's effect so, read into that however you want.    I'll not vote for a Clinton even if it means voting for myself.  
Knowing I'd never get elected that is.
