As far as I know, it is illegal everywhere to ride non-street-legal vehicles on the street...
but surly it can't be illegal to own a dirtbike in noo york city...

not illegal here to ride your dirtbike or atv on the county roads as long as you get insurance and have the little state sticker that says you may do this.

So, I assume the the NYPD also crushes the cars that are licensed illegally? Or have expired plates?
NYC gov't uses gestapo tactics, pure and simple. I don't understand why people even live there.
I wonder if there was a trial before the seizing of these vehicles? Would this be criminal conversion?
To me, this is a clear violation of the 4th Amendment.

Not sure but, I think I was there. Someone said I'd pay good money to see that. Someone else started passing the hat, I didn't have any money so we asked to leave. Wondered if it ever happened. Or, was this another time this supposedly occurred? |
