I keep it operating for my wife, she's gun shy on the computer and only uses it for her email, never uses the computer for anything else. I installed W10 about a month ago and all was well, then suddenly last week AOL stopped listing new mail and just today it stopped listing favorites. I have a load of info referenced in the Favorites so don't want to lose it. But my main concern, should say my wife's, is she has no clue how to get her email using Edge even though I've gone through the process for her. She has an extreme problem on the keyboard with her Parkinsons and it's nearly impossible for her to use the mouse. I assume it's possible to simply download AOL again and since we already are on the user list should be able to recover everything. Right now I'm just looking for a quick repair, I did try "restore" back to a point prior to the error but it didn't make any difference. Any suggestions as to where to go or how to restore those files, I'm kinda getting it from HQ and want to make life easy for her.

On my new W10 tablet: open Edge, in the search window type AOL.com. When the search page opens, select the aol home page. Then save it to favorites. Now she'll be able to find it easily. As for websites, if you can't recover the old email page, they'll be gone.
