Anybody going to the ROT Rally?

If anybody here is going to the rally in Austin, TX this weekend, be advised that there have been rock throwing incidents on IH35 downtown.  This has been going on for the last two years.  It usually happens late at night when someone throws a rock from an overpass over the lower deck of IH35. There have been a number if cars hit with some injuries, one of them near fatal.  Please use only the upper deck if you go on IH35 through Austin!
