I've been wanting one since Inzane 2014. The modular I had (Scorpion EXO900) is fine but when it get too hot out I would have to put on my half helmet so I could breath. Lifting the jaw was not an option as it catches too much wind and taking the the jaw off would work but now I have to store it and I carved up the lens doing so. This helmet the jaw flips all the way to the back out of the wind and still has a full face shield. It has several configurations for any riding conditions so now I'll only need the one helmet on the long trips!

Good idea, I can't breathe in a full face on a hot day either.

Wimps 121* 2 days ago. When it gets this hot you need the full face to cool off. Those are some nice helmets.

Cooler in a full face than most give it credit for. Sprinkle some water in there, open the vents and coolness flows. UV, a major concern for Dutch Irish lineage in the SW, dosent get through the helm.

Although I am sure there are others, a few of us Florida boys used cooling vests on the way up to Inzane in the Southern States. They are wonderful to the point of being almost cold for the first 75 miles or so. These are worn under a full mesh jacket for optimal air flow. The vests are worn over long sleeved fishing shirts, not cotton. These shirts flow air and dry incredibly fast yet protect from the sun and moisture loss. Used in conjunction with the above helmet it may widen your comfort zone considerably.

Doesn't seem to do that much for me, although I keep wearing them. A wet sweatshirt under a mesh jacket seems to work best for me. I really like your new pic of the yellow bike. I just ordered a Shark Evoline 3. It should be here friday, which is good because the last time I wore my full face helmet on a 103 degree day I took it off and threw it.

I expected to see something with a product code or number. Silly me. I'll assume it's the Evoline Series. Shark makes a lot of helmets.

I guess I should have mentioned the model (Shark Evoline S3) I gave it a test run last night and found it had less wind noise than my Scorpion while closed up and was great open with either shield down. Bit of a pressure point on the forehead but just like my Scorpion, that should disappear over time. It's amazing how loud my pipes are the either helmet in the closed position! Lift the face shield and my ears are happy. Here, let Anthony tell you all about it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCmJt8bc7TI

Where did you purchase it from? There doesn't seem to be a lot of dealers north of the border.
Thanks Dusty
