InZane 16 was a blast and for those that didn't make the trip you missed a good one. I would like to personally thank Connie, Lori, and Scott/Joni for planning and working the event. A special thank you to Pat/Carolyn Schmidt for taking care of registration. Lori and Tom Reichard did an amazing job with the shirts and taking care of the local stuff. Also all of the vendors and members that donated raffle prizes. Without there support we would not be able to keep this club up and running. Thank you to the members that pitched in and helped out. We couldn't do it without you. Thank you to Valk Terry for the Roy Orbison tribute and auctioning of Lori's pies. Thank you to all that took part in the pie bidding/eating. Thanks to hg/fb, Hayhauler, and Early bird for there grilling/serving expertise. Through all of your efforts we were able to grant wishes to two children in desperate need of something positive in there lives and at the same time have fun, see old friends, meet new ones, ride our motorcycles...... You folks are the best and I am proud to know you. Thanks again to all. Please forgive me if I left anyone out. My mind is still numb from the ride across KS.

Thanks to Lamont for all the detailer. Hey Lori that was one helluva blueberry pie! All who had some agreed it was the best ever. We got eaten alive by spiders in camp at Cooper's Rock. Long ride home, I swear it was much longer than the ride out. Stopped to visit friends in Wichita and it was over a hundred when we left. Jade was complaining, in the heat and headwinds pulling that 700# camper trailer I got as little as 18mpg. Got fuel starvation, gonna hafta increase the flow; pretty sure the Dan-Marc is too small.

With your gravity feed set up it would be the Dan Marc restriction. I'm not sure if you can get I higher flow rate from them. May have to pump it through. Good luck.

Already have on hand a much larger fuel solenoid. Bought it for the refueling - transfer to belly tank bung line, but decided it was too small and got a bigger one. Glad I did, as it is when I stop to fuel I need to activate it immediately or I will wait while it drains down. I've had no problems with starvation since completing the debugging - until this trip when fuel demand is much higher pulling the heavy trailer. Also higher temps and long hill climbs and higher speeds aggravate it. Guessing the thinner air causes higher throttle settings. The best mileage I got was 30mpg when holding speeds to actual 60mph and a tailwind. Worst was 18, coming across western Kansas at 70 actual against a headwind and 102°. Most of the time got around 22. I had to keep the OEM tank fairly full to maintain enough pressure head to not have starvation. Which resulted in fuel stops around 100miles. This will be the first work done using the new table lift. I just completed adding 3 more safety stops at lower positions. For those other than Damon - he sourced a car electro-hydraulic table lift for me - lifts 6000#. Very solid. I added sheet metal, a removable ramp, wheel clamp and Black Widow scissor jack. Sits a little higher than a bike lift when down due to the heavy hardware under it. Also has the swing-out arms for lifting cars. Safety stops at 16", 22", 28" & 36". Sits low enough the Mazda CX-5 can park over it when it needs a hail refuge.

Completed the Dan-Marc replacement. Remarkable how small the orifice was. Smaller than a Q-Tip head. Hard to accept it can pass enough fuel to run this engine. Replaced it with a 3/8" solenoid. I would do the same on Deerslayer but it is not rigged for towing or showing signs of fuel starvation.
