She's not answering anything.
She refuses to say she actually made the decision not to prosecute.
She keeps telling them to go back to Comey. She only says that she accepted the recommendation, but won't even answer if she actually read the recommendation. She was asked if Clinton lied based on the FBI findings and she keeps referring them back to Comey.
This is another waste of time. Do they really think she's gonna suddenly have an epiphany and actually do her job based on the law and not on political ties? Never gonna happen.

OH, of course, it has to be all the republicans fault. I'm surprised he hasn't said its Bush's fault yet.
I'd really like to know exactly what the clinton's are holding over their heads.
All one has to do is look at lynch's background and its then no wonder she has the job she has.
But, I thought political posts were now a no-no. We might get a ruler across the knuckles.

I didn't really expect much from this , all they have to do is shut up and say nothing and it all goes away. Always does, for the dems anyway. I just hope the 'people' hold H accountable in November for her crimes, especially Benghazi . To me THAT is the worst one of all ! Allowing those people to die like that. They are saying now that "help wouldn't have arrived in time anyway" . Well,...we will never know that will we since NO HELP was EVER sent !! Lost in all of this BS smoke screen is the fact that the Ambassador pleaded for more security for over a YEAR !! Deaf ears, it fell on deaf ears, they (administration) couldn't have it look like an uprising by isis when the potus says they are jv and on the way out, couldn't let it look like a islamic attack on his watch . One more thing,..I wish Trey Goudy would have asked comey(coward) just what is the fbi's definition of a lie. Would it be telling an untruth ? A lie according to my Bible it is. I guess the fbi has a different Bible than I have . Roadog

Well, time to cut out the PC-talk manure. It absolutely IS the Republican's fault, so suck it up and take it like a man. https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/attorney-general-to-back-fbi-and-justice-findings-in-clinton-email-server-probe/2016/07/01/77ce6d8e-3f78-11e6-a66f-aa6c1883b6b1_story.htmlThe Republicans complained that Lynch 'couldn't be trusted' so she appeased the loud-mouthed schnooks and essentially recused herself from the decision. And now the same Republicans are complaining...that she recused herself from the decision. SURPRISE! Keep crying wolf. Less and less people end up paying attention to you. The Republicans have been crying wolf for decades now: we'll start with Obama "anti-Christ", "socialist", "Muslim", "communist", "traitor", "faked birth certificate"...and move backward in history from there. People, with any brain that is, are sick of hearing it. So now, now that the complaint may have a valid point, nobody wants to stick their necks out for you because they're done it before and their heads got cut off. No "cooperation" to get your way, dismissed as conspiracy freaks? You got exactly what you bought and paid for.

Besides what difference would it make.

If you can't see what happened here, there's nothing anyone can say to help you. The fix was in when Lynch said she would take the FBI's recommendation. Now, suck that up and take it like a man

We know that Loretta didn't want this thrown on her desk to preside over, even though the FBI has no authority to make decisions whether or not to prosecute crimes; they only investigate and Justice Dept decides that. If Comey had just sent everything he had to AG Lynch, it would have all been buried or, at least, not disclosed until long after the election. Instead, he threw it all out for the public to know. If it went to the Justice Dept's hands, it would die a slow death there. Nothing will be kept secret now; we'll learn about things (such as Hillary having 12 private servers) that no one even suspected existed. Comey can, literally, try this case before the public. Now, after Lynch's testimony full of non-answers, it becomes more evident to me that she doesn't want to stick her neck into the midst of a firestorm created by herself and the current administration.
This might well be the only way to take down a congenital liar and dishonest government official who is being "protected". I don't think we've heard the last of this or the so-called Clinton "Foundation"....at least I hope not.

What I do find brilliant is the way they found to sacrifice someone else, distract us with slight of hand tricks and bling. Bill Clinton's meeting with the DOJ Director was no accident IMHO. Oh, an unfortunate meeting that most likely should have been avoided. After all, some one might think we talked about more than mutual gardening interests. Yeah, Conspiracy Theorist are running rampant. There, I said it first. Polls are showing that Clinton supporters don't care if she cheated, lied or conned anyone. They just don't want a Republican, specifically Trump. Conservatives hate Clinton and everything she stands for. I admit, I'm one of them. I don't like Trump but I refused to vote for anyone else that helps put her in office. It's evil versus jerk in my opinion. I don't like the choices but, my opinion only matters to one person, me. I don't think I broke any of the old or new rules with this post and no kitties or puppies were harmed in the making of this post. So, I think I'm good................ Well, maybe. Edited: If we all lived by the morals and standards Bill and Hilary Clinton have set for themselves, is it any wonder this country is going to crap..... Whether it's me or anyone else that frequents this board, had we done any of the alledged misgivings the Clintons have been accused of or proven to have done, we'd never see the light of day without bars blocking our view. Yet, some people will still stand up for her. Honestly, it's bewildering and beyond my comprehension.

I'd still like to know what "intent" had to do with whether or not she broke the law. I'd still like to know when it became alright and "legal" to lie under oath. What the heck does intent have to do with it? Was always told ignorance of the law was no excuse for breaking the law but apparently, a lack of intent to break the law is alright..... Sorry Officer, I didn't intend to run over that baby buggy with twins in it. May I go on my way now? Thank you very much, oh yeah, sorry about that.....................
