If anyone is in the San Antonio area and happens to see a black Tahoe with some damage to it, please take the license plate number and report to police.  This was reported as a hit and run, from the available accounts.  Thank you for your time.

Awful!  Losing a friend hurts, especially when he was killed this way.  So sorry to hear, prayers going out.  The guy had BETTER hope he gets caught by the law instead of some brothers.
