Guy said he made it from scratch with resin and plywood, Very well constructed and good detail work. I thought it was kind of cool,   cooldude

Very interesting.

Did he have it licensed for road use?

Was there a car tire on the back?

Yes it was licensed and yes it had an Altimax on the rear, He said the front tires were too wide and would hydro-plane easily. He was going to put A/C in it but too tight of quarters, It did have a heater plumbed into the cooling system. I have some pics from the rear but it takes my computer about 15 min each to upload, so I gave up,
