Anyone been zip-lining? Earlier this Summer took a client and his crew to Whistler for a 5 hour - 10 zip-line tour over  and through the trees and gorges of Whistler/Blackcomb mtns. Early in the AM started off in the fog, and that first zip-line was a little intimidating I have to say. Once I had that first one under my belt, the rest were pure joy. A great way to get a rush and some wind... without 2 wheels  cooldude

WOW that looks like a blast I would love to try that also. I will bring along another change of underwear for the first ride.  cooldude

Nothing that fancy but when I was a kid I tied a ripe between my treehouse and the back patio, threw a pair of bicycly handlebars over the rope, and jumped...

...repeatedly...

Gave my mother a heart attack I'm sure, but sure was fun!

We had a great experience zip lining in Gatlinburg, TN, they also offered mountain biking (the bike trails were directly under the zip lines) as well as rafting or tubing down the local river.  Something we will most likely do again in the future.
