It was a major event and brought the station many dollars in commercial revenue.
I thought the last episode was compressed.
They could have done more with making Ford squirm and show a little more of his rage.
I did like the catering to the outlaw crowd. They could have done more with that.

They left a lot out of the company's problems and struggle for  success beyond were they ended the series. Would have liked to here the struggle  through the AMF debacle.  Sad

Missed episode 3 last night but have it on DVR.  Plan and watching it tonight.

I have enjoyed it.  It's about bikes, whats not to like.

yah,  3rd and last episode sort of left me wondering what is next since so much family life was involved vs. HD history.  I guess though once they introduced the knucklehead what is so new now since way back when??  First episode the best,  then 2nd, then 3rd which is usually how it goes in series or tv shows.

I use to like watching duck dynasty at first thought it was funny and entertaining, not so much anymore, gets old just like everything else.

I kind of thought that once they showed the knuckle head introduced they would have moved to the pan head and shovel heads but then I saw the time and knew it probably wasn't going to happen.

The Knuckle was the last design/build by the original 3 HD founders, which was the historical point of this series.  If it's popular enough, they may come back and do more.  Three two-hour episodes, and a third of the time was commercials.  Normally I only watch two shows at a time to avoid them (no DVR), with this series, I watched three shows.

The other historical parts that were a surprise to me was that Edsel Ford tried to screw them into bankruptcy, then buy them off the chopping block for a nickel on the dollar.  Henry was the crazy one, and Edsel was always portrayed as the more normal sensitive man.  The other surprise was that they got last minute investment/bail out from the Japanese.  I have not fact checked these, but they were pretty central to the series.

My other thought was all those dirt/hill/field rider/racers on hardtails.  Motocrossing fast over bumps on a hardtail would not be pleasant (they're not all that pleasant on paved roads).  Yeah, the seats had springs.

I watched it. I thought it was a good show. Like was said. It's about motorcycles what's not to like. I had all three episodes on DVR  so I was able to ff through the Comercials. Was a interesting story.....
