I believe that there were 10 fatalities during Labor Day Week involving crashes of motorcycles in Colorado from the stories that I read in the Denver Post.

That is just too much to process for this guy; all but two were on the Front Range (Fort Collins, Denver and south).

Be careful out there, boys; whether you are residents or pilgrims. Shocked

If the stats are true it would be interesting to know the circumstances behind the accidents. Drugs  / alcohol involvement,  distracted driving, rider error. Hate to hear this as well.

The state has been growing like gangbusters over the last several years.  I never enjoyed driving around any city much, but the last time I rode around Denver it was downright unnerving.  Common courtesy seems pretty uncommon anymore.  I personally witnessed several people driving with their eyes glued to their cell phones.  Guess I'm just a country boy at heart.  I'd rather deal with rural wildlife than city traffic on a daily basis.

Let's legalized pot in all states. Maybe that was a factor. Either the rider or the cager.

Eyes on a cell phone, driver or passenger are common everywhere. It's outa control without resolve. Used to be when I was growing up you went for a ride to ck out the scenery.  Now I don'the think anyone knows what the scenery is going anywhere, or what a ride is for. Does anyone just go for a ride any more, doubt it?

If I was a youngin, looking for a profession after high school, I'd choose the chiropractic field. No one gonna be able to look up in the near future. Too busy looking down at the phone 24 - 7.
