Hillary Clinton submitted formal answers under penalty of perjury on Thursday about her use of a private email server, saying 20 times that she did not recall the requested information or related discussions, while also asserting that no one ever warned her that the practice could run afoul of laws on preserving federal records.

I think it funny that the Clinton camp states unequivocally that the Russians hacked the DNC emails, but also unequivocally that HRC's email was not hacked by the Russians or any other foreign government.  So which is it.  Looks to me like you can't have it both ways.

I work for the government and we are REQUIRED to take training every year that goes into great detail about the restrictions and penalties (ie, fines and prison time) for misuse and even 'accidental' errors in computer system operations. Also goes on to explain the accreditation process for a new server/IS, the data allowed to be stored/served, the evaluation process and posting to the federal register before it can go online. Even though we now have a contractor in complete control of all our computer operations, we can't even install software anymore.

As far as I am concerned, she has no defense in the "can't remember" department. She has been reminded every year. (unless they are exempted at that high level. like congress and the law)
