First off I'd like to think I'm friends with both Paul ( Wimp ) and The Detn8er. Stuck in the middle on this one . Wimp has informed me he has his team of financial attorney's working 24 / 7 on this contract signed by The Detn8er now and will soon freeze all assets of The Detn8er . I can only speculate that with Wimp getting on in the years he really wants that Ducati as soon as possible. I wish both parties the best and hope this does not drag out in court for years .

I think the Detn8er is on firm legal ground. There's no expiration date on the note and it doesn't specify whether he is committed to hard dollars or virtual financial retribution.
I hope Wimp gets his Ducati in time to leave it to his children.

I owe..... WHO? Signature, date?
That falls somewhat short of a bearer bond (or a contract).
