I also do know that burning the flag is not against the law even if its against every fairness, respect, and honor to the living and dead, that one should pay to the country and to those that won and gave them the right to do it.
There is some things the law should not have to tell people is wrong, there are some things that should be so morally reprehensible that you just don't do it.
That the action itself brings a judgement on the ones doing it and the fact that they don't realize it makes it all the more reprehensible.

Puts everyone in the same boat on the same ground and on the same path, it would be nice if they would protest in a way that does not put them at odds with every American and expresses their displeasure with who really should be directed at, THEIR PARENTS.

sure, why not? Just proves the other persons ignorance. Touch them though and I say it is a self defense claim in a court of law. No worries, whomever burns the American flag, Trump will deport them to another country who dislikes the US - the middle east comes to mind. Trump really needs to remain calm, not brag, and unite this country in a calm and collective manner which appears he is trying to do with his first speeches. |

He is 83 and his health has been slowly deteriorating . He has made the comment to my wife a couple times that this would probably be his last election. (I'm not too sure about that though) He fought on the front lines of Korea and saw much. If this gives him a little pride in his country I'm all for that. |
