    If I could have one wish granted from the election of Trump, it would be that we could find a way to give the unborn the same rights as children who are allowed to be delivered. Understanding that sometimes an abortion may be the only choice, there has to be a better way. If we think that our government has the ability to run health care for the entire nation, surely a program to match unwanted children to couples who desperately want a child should not be a problem.

    I don't want to totally eliminate RvW but we definitely need more options. I am ill equipped to author all the changes that need to take place but my heart aches for all the loss to humanity our selfishness has caused. I don't see how we can continue to justify the killing of a human being that has a heartbeat.

    We DO need to do something f6John thats for sure.  IF the lack of a  heartbeat is what we use to determine death,....then the presence of a heartbeat should determine...LIFE.   Simple .

RvW was unconstitutional by violating the 10th amendment. It did NOT make abortion legal, it just overrode the state laws.
