   Found them while looking for a Schuberth helmet. Prices are very good and shipping to the states is reasonable. Still makes for a good deal.

   This line in the description of the helmet itself is what concerns me the most. I need to find out if that DOT sticker is required here in the states. I assume it is. Also if the helmets sold here are manufactured the same as the ones sent to the states for sale.

The requirement of a DOT sticker is state specific. In Ohio (and Indiana), unless you are under 18, there is no helmet requirement, therefore no DOT sticker requirement.

In states that require helmets, the law often requires the helmet to be DOT approved or some other provision. The provision may be unenforceable, but that will likely not stop the authorities from issuing a ticket for a helmet lacking the DOT sticker.

And to answer your original question, I have had no dealings with the business.
