Working last night I drove a high school soccer team. At the away soccer field I'm watching the weather radar noting the swift approach of the storm front. I also see an abundance of lightning flashes to the north and east.
A howl of lightning siren blares as the storm front hits. Pine straw is being bowled along like tumble weed. The bus is rocking as the wind gusts. Soccer players and spectators are scurrying like escapees from a stick stirred ant hill.
I think the schools lightning siren sensitivity needs to be adjusted so as to give adequate warning.
