The schools actions are nauseating at best.
She was teaching the Koran as they believe it. How if you cannot teach Christianity can you teach the Koran at a liberal arts college?

This is a perfect example of the teaching that is going on in colleges that is in contrast to our culture and even our heritage. Its said if you say a lie enough it becomes truth, Just like the Holocaust didn't happen right? This is supposed to be a place of intelligence, truth and openness.

Awhile ago I read an article that said the new world order will not have to come with soldiers and military and police but will get the people to fight each other and I thought, that will never happen, but today I see how it can. Welcome to the start of the new system.

Keep something in mind; this may not be just one incident that may be going on all over the US.  It has been brought to the public’s attention because these people are protesting.

 Several years back, I read some quick articles about mosques go up in places you would never expect to see or to be.  At the time, it was just an observation and no big deal.  Now a day, I don’t think of it as no big deal, I ask myself if it is strategic locations, I don’t know.

People talk about “Sharia Law” with people being decapitated because you disagree. I ask myself.  This student being suspended for disagreeing with the professor, is it Sharia Law being executed at its lowest level, like testing the water to see if it is possible.

You know what fries me!  People from all over, come to America just to protest, disrupt, and use our Constitution against us.

The way I see it, with Equality the door swings both ways. I their case they want it to swing only one way. But again not all of them are bad!  Also I do believe in Sleepers too!

Decades ago when I was in school, it would only take me a class or two to discover the professor was an absolute dickweed jackwagon (technical term).  So I'd drop the class and pick up another.  Only had to do it a couple times.   A couple other times, I had to stick with it for graduation requirements with no alternative available.  (Our torts professor was so old he partied with Moses, and no one could stay awake for more than an hour.  3hr night school classes.  At halftime break we'd go across the street a get a couple shots, so you could better laugh or sleep your way through the 2d half of class)

Tenure is bullhocky.   Sitting in his class was a complete waste of time.  I'm pretty sure you actually had brain cells die just being awake in there.

There is a big difference here.  You could see it was crap and you had the intelligents to bail out..  Problem now a days they believe every piece a crap put out there, and now with this Fake Information flying around they get away with it.

The teacher was wrong for not admitting another point of view in her class. There once was a time where universities were a place of discussion of different opinions on many subjects.

1st amendment, period.

That being said, it doesn't mean she should be fired. Since when professors are supposed to make students feel happy and 'safe'? Back in my day, professors were not only dicks but they worked hard to move us out of the comfort zone, how else are you supposed to learn new stuff?

While at it, the student was also a bitch. Instead of solving the issue quickly (transfer to another course, write and publish an article proving the professor was wrong, quoting the quran or some other bullshit, etc), he allowed it to escalate and now he is lawyering-up the whole mess. I call him a snowflake looking for easy money.

I agree with the first part but the second I disagree with.
The student may not have been able to transfer especially when a major test was due.
The teacher made some specific accusations like felt unsafe and threatened could go on record
She also claimed he was on campus looking through the door at her when he was not, forcing a investigation and maybe trying to levy stalking charges.
The student once he took the test was given a lower grade for no apparent reason
She posted everything except name on line and went to the NAACP asking what she could do.
The school restrained the student from attending and other grades can suffer
so may not be able to graduate with the same grade average
This is only the tip and like I said unfortunately what the school does with this like putting it on a permanent record could follow him forever.

I think the real question is why is a good knowledgeable christian in a class that teaches Muslim religion? But I would have lawyered up also to clear my name and my record.

We see every charge, dirty trick and lie used against those with conservative views, and see no one standing up to this kind of attacks. Its nice to see someone taking a stand even though the teachers actions may have forced him to.

If Jesus didn't die on the cross, which she was teaching, then the Christian religion is basically nothing. So she was taking the one point of the Christian religion that is at the base of it, and removing it and teaching that falsehood to those who dont know as fact. That is something to get upset about and any christian upon hearing this should standup to this and say no. It is not only wrong because of religion but because of archeological finds that continue to prove the accounts of the bible about Jesus. Facts that I might add are sorely missing and they dont teach about the Koran or Mohamed.

We have heard from so many that Christ didn't die on the cross, that someone took His body from the grave and a whole host of lies. If we say one word about Mohamed then all hell breaks loose. Dont you think its time to end this two faced approach and false teaching especially to unlearned minds?
