Great song and one of the greatest comedy routines of all time; vaudeville was alive.

Went to our first game (college) last week with green grass, brown dirt, and the boys out playing the grand old game.  Doubleheader for $5, both games, senior discount, cool, sunny, and bring your own picnic lunch to settle in for an afternoon/evening of ball. Smiley                                                                 We ride the Valk across the Stinkin' Desert to and from the game in comfort and warmth.

Summer's comin' with co-eds in halter tops and Daisy Dukes.  Take me out to the ball game. Wink

Hope springs eternal.  Maybe this will be the year the Tigers win the World Series again.  As a youth all summer long our neighborhood gang played baseball every nice day until dark.  This played out across the country.  It has been a very long time since I went pass a base ball field and saw a neighborhood pick up game.

We're going to the Yankee's/Ray's game tomorrow.

Haven't had a $10 hotdog or $8 beer in awhile.

Our Minnesota Twins are tied for first place.  And they have a 2 to 1 lead in their opener...

Who Hoo, they won over KC.   The Twinkies now have a better record than half the teams in MLB...

Watch "The Sand Lot"; you'll get a laugh and a good feeling from the kids and the story.
