oh well, it is just a game yah know right?

Not saying you are that attached, but I see way too many parents with their own kids sports games get out of control as well as adults rooting for their favorite sports team like their lives have ended. I just laugh at them and tell them to get over it and move on with their lives is ONLY a game.

I quit playing softball in my 20's for the team I on was a bunch of die hard jocks that were always bitching on anything to help them win, win, win at all costs. Can't say I never bitched or talked back to an umpire though. My last high school senior year baseball game after regular season sectional game I got ejected out of the game as the catcher when I tagged the runner out coming at me at home plate trying to run me over (knew the team were rivals) tossing him to the side with my body and glove with ball in the glove and yet NO call, the runner got up after I flung him out of the baseline behind home plate, me waiting for the OUT call from homeplate ump, and runner snuck in and touched home plate calling him SAFE. I had a few choice words with the ump who threw me out of the game as well as 2 other senior players on our team for other horribly blind calls from the home team PAID OFF umps. I guess asking the homeplate umpire if he needed me to buy him glasses for being blind is what he was me telling him that was not the PROPER thing to say to an obvious blind man?
