The douchebag spent 13 million dollars so people can get a free lawyer to beat their landlords out of rent, instead of properly funding cityfeps, linc and section 8 like the mandates say. Court attorneys (all cases pass before a court attorney and also Judge who tells tenants dont worry if you cant pay in 2 months come back and we will sign an Order for more time )and Judges have already been instructed to dismiss cases if one letter or number anywhere out of place on Petitions. They dont need MORE help to game the system
So section 8 fails a landlord because a tenant unscrews a lightbulb, wont let him screw it in, if benefits suspended 30 days (easy cause they dont re inspect) Landlord NEVER gets the money and if tenant is terminated from section 8 he cant EVER get that share EVER.
And you are not supposed to discriminate against Section 8 tenants
