I heard the one in my photo start up and it sounded terrible. Like a tin can full of bolts and nails being shaken.

Almost as noisy as a Ducati. Surprised me considering how quiet the ST1300 is.

@Britman: which is funny considering that both are V4s.

I guess mother Honda really knows how to make engines (singles, flat 4, flat 6, V4, V2, 2, 4 and 6 parallels engines, etc).

Britman,

It looks like you have a dual horn setup there. I was thinking of doing the same thing. Do your ears bleed when you use them?

No. Previous owner installed them.

My supercharged Mini Cooper makes my socks roll up and down when I nail it.

The Motus motor has about 10 or 15 more horses  cooldude with a sweet powerband
between about 2.5k and 6.5k (redlines around 7)... Jay Leno said something about how
a Motus beats the snot out of a Corvette in power-to-weight...

Mike, I don't think the Cooper qualifies as one of the so called smart cars.  It's a genuine small performance vehicle.

Somewhere there's a picture of me and Smokin' Joe in a Smart Car.

He probably had it suppressed, somehow  Wink
