Well after almost 4 years after crashing my Valk and selling it I may be back in the saddle some day soon. I bought a vintage 1975 GL1000. So now for the fall an winter months I have a project to tidy it up for riding. It only has less than 40000 miles on it and has not been taken care of for awhile but the engine does run and good so that is half the work I don't have to do. It has a Vetter faring and lots of wiring put in by someone that didn't know anything. It was a snake pit of wires.I removed about 20' of useless wires an am thinking of removing the faring but haven't made up my mind on that. The bike came with stock Honda hard bags, chrome bag guards. tow bar.and sissy bar with back rest. Not too bad for $750. Wish me luck as I'll need it.

Think of it as a blank ,but dirty canvas waiting for your artwork.

Art, go hook up on the Naked Gold Wing board, they concentrate on old Wings. Tons of info.
