http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-08-16/why-was-crowd-hire-company-recruiting-25-hour-political-activists-charlotte-last-wee

Now, the discovery of a craigslist ad posted last Monday, almost a full week before the Charlottesville protests, is raising new questions over whether paid protesters were sourced by a Los Angeles based "public relations firm specializing in innovative events" to serve as agitators in counterprotests.

The ad was posted by a company called "Crowds on Demand" and offered $25 per hour to "actors and photographers" to participate in events in the "Charlotte, NC area."  While the ad didn't explicitly define a role to be filled by its crowd of "actors and photographers" it did ask applicants to comment on whether they were "ok with participating in peaceful protests."  Here is the text from the ad:

Actors and Photographers Wanted in Charlotte

Crowds on Demand, a Los Angeles-based Public Relations firm specializing in innovative events, is looking for enthusiastic actors and photographers in the Charlotte, NC area to participate in our events. Our events include everything from rallies to protests to corporate PR stunts to celebrity scenes. The biggest qualification is enthusiasm, a "can-do" spirit. Pay will vary by event but typically is $25+ per hour plus reimbursements for gas/parking/Uber/public transit.

For more information about us, please visit www.crowdsondemand.com

If you're interested in working with us, please reply to this posting with the following info:

        Full Name
Prior relevant experience (as an actor/performer, photographer, brand ambassador, political activist, etc)
When are you usually available for work?
        Resume (optional)
If you're a photographer, what equipment do you use?
Are you ok with participating in peaceful protests (optional)?

I think was is surprising is the failure of all sectors of public including Police to recognize this fact. The only real question is how much was done in concert with paid protesters or ones really protesting out of true concern for the cause. Was this just a big advertisement that was not controlled.

There were Craigslist ads here in Atlanta asking for paid anti Trump protestors before the election.

plausible deniability, only a short bus/car drive away. it has been proven, protesters are being paid and bused in. see the arrest records of past protests, most are not from the location of the protest, most are out of state.

https://crowdsondemand.com/political-services/
A foreign government hired Crowds on Demand to help generate a positive reception for its newly elected leader during the UN General Assembly. The concern was ensuring that the leader was well received by a US audience and confident for his work at the UN. We created demonstrations of support with diverse crowds. We also used the media primarily local and national outlets to bring more attention to these demonstrations which led to a mostly positive portrayal. The crowds that we deployed drew in more supporters creating a strong presence for this leader at the UN and an improved perception of him by the American public.

At Crowds on Demand, we provide our clients with protests, rallies, flash-mobs, paparazzi events and other inventive PR stunts. These services are available across the country in every major U.S city, every major U.S metro area and even most smaller cities as well. We provide everything including the people, the materials and even the ideas. You can come to us with a specific plan of action and we can make it happen. OR, you can approach us with a general  idea and we can help you plan the strategy then execute it.

We’ve made campaigns involving hundreds of people come to action in just days. We have a proven record of delivering major wins on even the toughest campaigns and delivering phenomenal experiences with even the most logistically challenging events.

Yes there is a disconnect between Charlotte and Charlottesville.

But the point still remains of an actual company that does this sort of thing. Like protest mercenaries for hire. They pointedly skew reality for profit. The fact this company exists demands an investigation into the genesis of the counter protesters in Charlottesville.

This began as a peaceful attempt by the Charlotteville locals to preserve their historical monuments, which was co-opted by a small group of neo-nazis fools and then it only turned violent when the counter protesters entered the scene.

The media fabricates it into some kind of warped referendum on Trump. Who, by the way, had always condemned racial supremacy and neo-nazis. Right from the start of his campaign and even a cursory look at his business practices shows the hiring of people across the racial spectrum for top jobs in his company. To suggest he is racist defies reality and is utter lunacy.

There is a lot of coordination going on in the push back on the Trump administration and the media attempts to play it as a totally organic and spontaneous response. It's not. It is fabricated and paid for.

Harvard Law students also demand exam delay due to Ferguson and Garner
http://legalinsurrection.com/2014/12/harvard-law-students-also-demand-exam-delay-due-to-ferguson-and-garner/

December 7, 2014

Dear Dean Minow and the Harvard Law School Administration:

This campus and the nation erupted in outrage when grand juries failed to indict Officers Darren Wilson and Daniel Pantaleo for the killings of Michael Brown and Eric Garner, respectively. These recent events highlight that intolerance in America continues to cost us countless lives at the hands of law enforcement. We have no faith in our justice system, which systematically oppresses black and brown people. We are afraid for our lives and for the lives of our families. We are in pain. And we are tired.

We have been visibly distressed and actively engaged throughout this public national crisis. The administration has remained silent.

We led rallies, held vigils, and published an oped. You were silent on this issue. We petitioned the government, served as legal observers, created spaces of solidarity, drafted model legislation, and marched through the streets of Boston and Cambridge. You remained silent on this issue. We spent countless hours leveraging our legal educations, and utilizing our platform and privilege as students of this institution. And all we have heard from the administration is deafening silence.

Indeed it was to be a peaceful protest by good people on both side that were local.  And Trump so rightly pointed this out on Tuesday.  But how dare he say such  a truthful thing.  Then in comes the Nazis and like cronies with their torches and flags, and then on the other side in comes the hired goon squad dressed in protective garb and helmets wielding bats and who knows what.  I suspect a good many of the fine peaceful folks left and those who stayed wish they had left.

Those adds on craigslist, reddit, and local newspapers have  surfaced in advance of previous protests that have gone bad.

I heard a 15 year old or more out take of Trump 2 days ago from when he left the Reform Party  ( a Perot ofshoot of sorts when he was contemplating a Presidential run ) saying he did not like some of the folks coming into it including David Duke.  And of course he has condemned the Nazi and like groups hundreds of time and was also on spot calling out the other side goons.

Only one other thing to say.  When the  extreme left lunatic left is done removing all monuments and vestiges of the old South and then go after the founders ( all ready in progress because these folks truly hate this country, present company excluded, I hope, and know not a thing about real history) and when it is Washington's turn be sure to take down the outskirt signs that say Washington DC.  In its place put up a huge sign something as big as the Gateway Arch and just rename it in the largest neon/led letters ever - SWAMP CITY.

The fake news story that started the whole Trump/Russia thing was a advertising agency that proved to be left wing that totally fabricated the story.

If proven that these organizations did pay people to protest, their management should face both criminal and civil liability.

Uh...I'm not sure if racial discrimination in renting housing counts as being a racist. But it's sure got to be pretty close if not.

While there is no evidence that Mr. Trump personally set the rental policies at his father’s properties.  And President Trump was 17 yrs old at the time.

Question for u, were u ever a landlord of a property u owned?

I can first remember the phrase becoming popular about 12-15 years ago. But it's entirely possible it's been popular for 50 years. I'm not very good keeping up with popular culture. Anyway, what I was trying to point out was the statement Moonshot made about Trumps business practices seems entirely at odds with the past. I would agree in the recent past he has hired minority people. That is admirable. That doesn't change the past . I'm not saying it was just the Trump organization doing this. This was pretty common for the time. Still doesn't make it right.  Smiley

We've all been young once.

Doesn't matter if we were rich or poor.

I'm not so interested in what someone may have done in their misspent youth.

I'm much more interested in who they became after they grew up.

The 1960's and 70's were a different time.

It's not fair to judge people's actions back then by the standards of today.

Society evolves, sometimes for the better sometimes for the worse.

People evolve, sometimes for the better sometimes for the worse.

I would say that in this area Donald Trump has evolved for the better and that's good enough for me.

This sums up the goal of all these protest groups:

This particular image is attributed to Occupy Oakland, but it is a shared goal.

Anarchy is what these groups want and they won't stop until they get it.

Does this mean you'll give President Trump a fair shake from now on?
I was referring to his housing discrimination. I believe I've been fair with him. I understand most don't think I have. If he has done anything, it's not up to me to meet out justice.

That's the thing that pisses me off the most about the Liberal mindset:

"Everyone gets the benefit of the doubt, unless of course you don't like them or agree with them".
Shocked are you saying he was not involved in housing discrimination ?

Possibly, over 47yrs ago.

I believe that the statute of limitations has ran out on that by now.

This sums up the goal of all these protest groups:

This particular image is attributed to Occupy Oakland, but it is a shared goal.

Anarchy is what these groups want and they won't stop until they get it.

Smiley
If we bring up Robert Byrd, Dems say it is old history, he changed, and all is good.
But a conservatives past, back to his birth, is always fair game, and he is never allowed to change.

Byrd was a grand  kleagle in the KKK, he seems to have been forgiven for his lapse in judgement.

I will completely without hesitation condemn the KKK, Nazis and their ilk.

Are you willing to do the same in regards to Antifa, BLM and friends?
