How does a house like that end up on LickLog Road?   Grin

Besides, after taxes you'll have to settle for this.

Best of luck BTW.

Need a groundskeeper? I'll bring my own mower or 2. Won't take up much space, a garage with a loft would do. Maybe a big garage and little Loft. cooldude

When you pick your store like that, don't expect a large prize.

Bet not,  like the lady who won said she will lock the doors and hide (or something like that(, since am sure everyone they know and do NOT know will be coming out of the woodwork to ask for a 100K or so.

A cool 1 million net pay and I would retire or should I say quit my job for the next 20 years or so of my life.

sort of, well not really,  reminds me of the near 1 million dollar home up the street from me.  The older gent passed on last year in his mid 90's and the lady in her upper 80s lives alone up there built it like 10 years ago.  Taxes are only 10K per year - OUCH, but you can fit an entire dallas cowboys cheerleaders (well at least 10 of them plus ME) in the shower facility.

Why 2 people need a huge house like that just to increase my property taxes being 2nd smallest home on the block amazes me since if have a million to blow,  I would move in the country away from everyone NO neighbors vs. building in this one horse town up on top of the hill.

I watch that show from time to time.  If I had an old cabin like that on my property, I would never sell it, but would fix it up (a little bit), so rain didn't rot it further, get the bugs and yellow jackets out, get the fireplace working, and have a cool hang out spot.  Beer cooler and a hammock.

Esp when I was still married.  Much better than a dog house.   Grin
