" Meet In The Middle " Southern Group Ride Up

Anyone wanting to join us we have a group leaving the Knoxville , Tennessee area on Friday morning. This year will be nothing like last years " Ride From Hell "  as we plan on getting to Ground Zero the Alleghany Inn that evening . Below is motel information for a motel we have used many times located in Clinton , Tennesseee  ( Clinton / Norris exit 122 on I-75 ) .

I'll get with Wimp and find out what time we plan to leave ... Probably hook up with you at McD's in Bulls Gap for breakfast . I'll post back to this thread after I get with him and the others riding with us out of Clinton.

I've got a couple calls , couple texts and a few are dropping out of this ride in fear of getting wet . As of now I still plan to roll unless my local crew comes down with vagina syndrome then I may bow out as well

Left work Tuesday Aug.8 in Muscle Shoals , Alabama with the flu 104 temp and I've not been back since .  Three doctor visits one emergency room visit severe bronchitis drowning in mucus to the point of no rest , no voice . I'm just now getting somewhat better and I plan to ride if the others do. Lung surgery in 2009 I rode to Hotglues BBQ in Texas with my t-shirt sticking to the blood from the three places they opened me up ... I'm there if my local crew ride.

Been in contact with most of the " Southern Group " and all still claim they are going . " Northern Group " we'll see y'all Friday evening .... Bring It ... LET'S RIDE

I'm not a weather forecaster but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express once.

And what I'm seeing on the radar looks like tomorrow and Saturday will be good.

Maybe a few stray showers but no frog stranglers.

Let's hope I'm right.

   Fingers crossed I've got folks from three states in my hometown tonight..  Tomorrow we ride no matter the weather... See y'all at " Meet In The Middle " tomorrow evening.
