Whatever it is, it's better in the wind.

On a road less traveled.

Just pulled in about an hour ago.  Even if Harvey tried hard to put a damper on MITM this year, we think this was one of the best we have had. Lots of laughs and great stories with great friends.
We are hoping to see everyone in the near future.

It just occurred to me that if you guys make it to the Hillbilly Highway Ride in 2018 you can check off Kentucky on your map.

We just got home a few minutes ago. Left Sparta and headed for Franklin, WV  Sunday, and came home today.
Even with what I thought was good raingear, Jane and I got soaked Friday. We left early trying to beat the rain, but ran into heavy down pours. Heath and Sarah left Late afternoon and only had rain the last few miles. This was Sarah's first encounter with the group, other than Rick (Flask) trying to poison her, she had a great time. She sucked up to Wimp with her Tennessee hat and jersey, so he gave her a roll of Genuine Tennessee duct tape.
Those who had the misfortune of cancelling out missed a great time. Rain or shine, it don't matter. getting together to shoot the bull, and see everyone in our Valkyrie family is what it's all about.

It was an outstanding get together. And I agree folks that let a little rain stop them from coming missed the best one yet IMO.

Joe I agree it was our best MITM we've ever had.
This being Petra's first solo ride to one of these, she had a blast. Not sure if I will ever get her on the back of the Valk again  Grin . Even the rain did not bother her, in her own words "I even had a blast riding through the rain"  cooldude and that is saying something. And of course the ride home could not have been better weather if you would have planned it.
See you down the road my Friend..  cooldude cooldude
