I recently was told by a couple friends that now use it that it has relieved the pain in their joints including knees to the point they no longer need joint replacement. Its also supposed to be one of greatest sources of antioxidants and a cancer suppressor or cure. They also say their thought process has improved, [ but, not to the point of becoming a liberal

I'm thinking I could do with all three improvements.

I have read quite a number of positive testimonies. I think I'll give it a try. I'm not a hot tea guy, but, I guess I'll try it as ice tea.
Yes, it is a form of mushroom that grows on birch trees. Supposedly it has been used for centuries in other northern countries. It is now packaged in tea bags and used the same way.
I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with it.
Thinking it might help with dealing with the after effects of all that poison.
