Not sure I could walk across that bridge, would take a lot of effort. 

Also not sure a Valk would leave enough room for walkers to pass.

Well the option is to repel hundreds of feet down the one side, trek across the valley bottom, for miles, forge the river, then scale hundreds of feet UP the other side.....or take the bridge.
I'll suck it up and take the bridge.
