Home mid Sunday afternoon with a stinking cold. Bug bites from the knees down from wearing shorts at the lighthouse Friday afternoon.


Monarch butterflies were migrating and the St Marks wild life refuge is one of their stop offs before they flutter across the Gulf of Mexico.


I've stayed at the Shell Island Fish Camp a few times.

  Great area to visit Britman and good pic's to boot. If you ever make that trip again shoot me a message if you'd like to have some fellow Valk Bro's to join the ride. Then maybe show you some good riding in North FL / S. Ga. A few of us were just in Madison/ Monticello/Tallahassee/ Quincy headed west to Pensacola area 2 weekends ago. Great ride and weather this time of year down our way.

I went through Monticello on the way home. Nice looking city although the countryside is a tad flat.

I do like getting off the slab and seeing what middle GA looks like. So different form N GA. A good reminder that most of GA is a producer of cattle, cotton and a myriad of vegetables.
