Good morning   My name is shorty, and i'm new to Tenn. I recently reloacted here  in Knoxville from Mass.
At one time i was the mass state rep for the VRCC before all 6 states became the New England VRCC.
I now ride a 2012 Goldwing which is here with me.   I would like to meet local VRCC members and get to know some of the great roads down here and make some new friends as well.
I know it's a tad chilly today, but your winters are much milder than i am used to. I do have heated gear, and not afraid to head out as long as there are clean roads.
Ill check back in soon and hopefully some folks will have chimed in.
   Thanks !!!

Hey Shorty, does this mean I wont be running into you at Americade anymore?

It's a real shame that there are no members anywhere near you except for a bunch of wild characters who talk real funny.

Enjoy the warmer weather and lack of potholes.

Shorty,

I'm about an hour east of Knoxville. Switched to a Goldwing also but still have a valk to putt around on. My wing is in pieces right now as I'm going through the audio system and the dreaded air filter change. Either way I should have it back together after the Holidays and ready to ride. The roads will spoil a man in these parts! Hope to hook up with you sometime.  cooldude

Thanks Charlie, look forward to seeing you in June.

You know the door is always open at the Rogers homestead for you and your bride.  We have the Charliemac suite all ready for occupancy any time you stop by.

Any chance you both will come up next October for my Catskills ride?

As smokin Joe would say " welcome to the great state of Tennessee" . I live about 50 miles south of Knoxville in an area called Ballplay. I also ride a wing. If you ever want to ride just fit me up.
