its called a shoulder sphere

In the two weeks I have been using it my pain level has dropped more than half and I am already starting to feel some stability returning to my rotator cuff in my left shoulder

I don't own any stock in the doctor or his company  just thought I would pass along something really cool.

Will probably get an mri in a month just to see what it shows, but not thinking surgery now : )

I could not even lie down on my left side it hurt so bad when I started and could not rotate my shoulder back at all.  Amazing concept - wish they had something like it when I tore my meniscus in my knee

That is just a damn amazing contraption.  Jeepers I hope it gets you one hundred percent Oss.  Rotator Cuff sucks, I went through that 5 years ago although some simple goofy exercises pretty much rid me of it in two weeks, before that I could not throw a baseball and I was a coach.  Sometimes it is more of a frozen shoulder, although I do not know the difference.

Oss, ball sounds interesting.

I have had the MRI's on the shoulder.   Unfortunately  for me the ball will not help much, I have arthritis on one of the bones in the should, one has lost it cartilage, and have lateral tears in the tendons running to the bicep.  Other than those small problems, should is in excellent condition.

Doc did say I do have really good muscle tone for a person of my age.   some day a replacement will be in order, may in 10 or 20 years (if I live that long).
