Actually you might be the one not too aware. People in those positions, such as the SS and FBI, are usually more  subject to being bribed than a normal citizen because of their position and the influence that they may have.

To destroy old servers it would have been much easier to just junk them as opposed to having a fire that calls attention to them. Not in Comeys statement, but in the direct questioning by Trey Gowdey is where he said she lied to the FBI and that lying to the FBI was a criminal offense. He also said that they found several pieces of classified information in her E-Mails.
I used to work for the Govt. Didn't have the security clearance level that she had, but one big rule in the Gov is any classified, secret, top secret or sensitive information would only be transmitted over a secure gov server. Any variation from this and you would be immediately terminated and due to the nature of the material possibly arrested and/or prosecuted.

The original statement is no where close to accurate. The term "grossly negligent" is no where close to "she lied multiple times".
