I am about to buy a 1999 Valkyrie Interstate but the original user manual is not available. Is there anybody possibly able to help me out with a copy of it in pdf or any other common file format? Any help is warmly welcomed and highly appreciated!  Smiley

If you want the manual for information, it has really nothing to useful in it. The workshop manual is what you want if you want information on fixing your bike.

The section on the radio, channel, clock, odometer, etc. controls is pretty useful.

And the manual lists the steps in order to take your side cover
off without breaking it. And what foot to stand on when you're
deciding if the coolant level is right...

Valkyrie Norway has the Service Manual, I have a PDF of the IS radio controls I'll email to you.

I actually have a spare owner manual, I should get off my butt and sell, but with shipping to the US it just isn't worth it.

OK, you only have the PM for your profile. Send me an email, anyone too, and I'll reply back with it. gordonv1 at telus net (figure it out?)

agree,  every spring I have to re-learn how to program all radio controls by using the owners manual.  Each year I own my I/S it gets easier, but still use it yearly.  It also has the basics of maintenance which most of us can do and is a good manual to have.

I started to think I am the only one having such kind of preoccupation but fortunately it is not the case.  Well not everybody a born mechanic, is it?
