when surrounded by multiple vehicles all with guns,  you do not drive off expecting to outrun them all now do you???

still, no gun present on the old man and shooting him in cold blood is murder in my eyes.

Another example of government overreach under a democratic administration.  Ruby Ridge, Waco, the Bundy's and now the Hammonds.  I'm sure the Clinton's and Harry Ried had something to do with the NV thing.
