After checking out all the suggestions, I decided on the Hankook Optima H426 that Darksider suggested, but in the 195/60r/16sl size.
Got it installed and got about 200 miles on it. The smaller size lets the bike sit somewhat lower.
As Darksider stated, it's smooth, quiet and handles excellent in slow speeds.
Coming from the world of Tourers, the I/S is slightly more topheavy at low speeds than what I was used too.
This tire took that feeling away. Others tires may also, but this is my first I/S dark side.
