If anyone is getting ready to order from POWERLET, PLEASE DON'T!

I ordered a simple cable from them 3 weeks ago. They charged my credit card and will not answer their phone or emails.

Do not do business with this company.............just an fyi

Did you order on line or over the phone?  Did you get any email confirmations?  Have you received any shipping status via email?  Can you go on line and check status of order?

I ordered on-line and had a confirmation right away. They charged my credit card immediately. There was no way to check an arrival date so I called several times and emailed them twice.

I cancelled the credit card payment and ordered it from Amazon Prime. I saved $10.00 on a $19.00 purchase and should have the part on Friday.

UPDATE!
I cancelled the original order by canceling my credit card payment. I then ordered the same part from Amazon Prime.

Saved $10.00 and had it in hand two days later.

AMAZON is fantastic!
