What an idiot.  On active duty, I got a back-seat ride in an F-16 (B model, has a back seat).  The ejector handle is between your legs, in yellow, with EJECT written on it.  If you pull it, both you and the pilot go. 

While rolling down the runway for initial takeoff, my pilot (the Wing Commander) told me two things:

1. Captain, if you have to puke, I want you to turn off the hot-mike, I don't want to listen to that sh!t.  Words of encouragement.

2. If you pull the eject handle and shoot us out of here for any other reason than I tell you to or I have a heart attack, I will see you in a General Court Martial and Leavenworth.  He was not kidding.
