Hey guys, sorry if this post is in the wrong place but, I figured being more relevant to 1500 discussion?

Anybody know if these folks are still around and selling the nice fat lady banner?

The f6 Rider Store still exists and is a sponsor of this board... you can see their ad some of the time
at the top of the page.

I don't know if they have any more of the banners, you'll have to ask them... it doesn't seem like all
that long ago that they made a batch, but I don't remember stuff all that well any more  Wink

Thanks Mike. I sent them an email last week but haven't heard back. Just thought someone here might have traded with them recently. Nice collection by the way... Or is that a group ride in?

Good sign I'd say! I guess I'll take my chances and get one on order... Thanks!

update- ok I got a receipt too but, that appears to be automated. Hopefully, this thing will show up! Let me know if you get any additional communication. I don't see where there's an email address to contact them directly. I filled out the "contact us form" but, still no response...

If you don't get your banner this may be the next best thing:

You need to be a member of advrider to view the classifieds, but the guy wants 100 + shipping.

That guy had this listed on Craigslist for $175. I offered him $100 and I come pick it up. One word answer "no".

what tells you 2000?

Silver pinstripe denotes 2000 bumblebee.  BUT, look at the seat.  NOT a 2000 & up seat.  I wasn't yet back on bikes in '97 or 2000, but weren't these promotional cut-outs and banners part of the original roll-out?  What this suggests to me is that Honda changed its mind about the '97 pinstripe and went with the red/orange instead of the silver.

Wow. Good eye Disco. Didn't notice the pinstripe color. Would be interesting to know when that was made.

Eric, make sure they roll the banner and dont fold it

It took a few years for the fold creases to dissapear on mine

Oss

They offered to replace it but a Valk on the wall is worth 2 backordered

How do we do that? At this point, there's little confidence we are getting what we ordered. I have emailed them and filled out their contact form with 0 response. All I have is an automated receipt of payment. Not even sure if these folks are still in business. No phone # listed on their site...

Talked with Gale and Sarah today. Banner order fell through the cracks somehow. We are all good and order is placed and on the way soon!

If you have an order in with them, might want to touch base again and check in. f6riderstore@gmail.com
