Block Drain

I just replaced my water pump and drained coolant from the drain plug. I noticed a T55 plug on the left side of the motor just behind the water pump and I wonder of it is a block drain. Has anyone removed that plug?

I'm not sure which one you are indicating exactly, but there was a post within the last two years someone opened the wrong bolt and only got a little out. Then was redirected to the correct one.
