We have recently formed an LLC with a Christian brother called itbG Properties. We have purchased a lake front condo on the west side of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
The condo is in a small peaceful gated community. Upstairs are two bedroom suites and two and half bathrooms. The two suites are upstairs with individual bathrooms. The master bedroom’s deck overlooks Lake Hamilton and is furnished with a king bed and Temperpedic mattress, a flat screen TV, chest of drawers and a fainting couch.
The second bedroom suite has a queen bed.
There is a full sized air mattress and cot available for use.
The first floor has an open living area, dining area, kitchen and half bath. Back porch faces beautiful Lake Hamilton.
Kaleigh Court Condo on Lake Hamilton amenities include:
Cable, Wifi, hot tub, washer and dryer, dish washer, cookware, dishes and utensils.

Sunday – Wednesday - $95/night (tax included)
Thursday – Saturday - &175/night (tax included)
Two-night minimum
One time $75 cleaning fee
$250 refundable security deposit
