One can be too many for those of us with sensitive Uranuses.   When it burns just as much the 2d time as it did the 1st time, you don't eat that stuff anymore.  They say to eat bread with hot peppers to take way the heat.  I can tell you bread does nothing for you at all on the 2d burn.   Grin

I had a buddy who did contests with people eating with those things.  I don't know how he lived.
